The 85-acre Jurassic adventure Park will close at 5.30pm and re-open 6pm – 10pm for ROARR!’s first late night opening for 2024!

Wroxham Barns- Junior Farmers’ Discovery Week

Do you have a budding farmer at home? Bring your little ones to Wroxham Barns this Whitsun to learn what it takes to be a farmer. Complete all stages of the ‘Farmer Test’ and to graduate from Farm School with a certificate.

Pleasurewood Hills- Dino Time

30th May – 1st June

By popular demand our prehistoric pals the dinosaurs are returning to Pleasurewood Hills for three days of monster-sized fun… it’s Dino Time! Join our professional dino rangers and get up close to the mighty T-Rex, meet a walking (and dancing) Triceratops and say hello to the friendly, but very cheeky raptor. It’s great fun for the little ones and grown ups too, it’s a selfie sure to stand out.

Strumpshaw Steam Rally 2024

15th- 27th May

There are around 50 working Steam Engines, 60 working Miniature Steam Engines, all of which take part in parades in the grand ring, along with 100 tractors, vintage and classic cars and motorbikes. There are static displays of military vehicles, stationary engines, fire engines and vintage equipment and vehicles.

We have working demonstrations of stone crushing and wood sawing and the Tractor Pulling Display will be with us again this year. There are many outside trade stands and craft stalls and models in the museum, catering and a bar. The museum train ‘Jimmy’ will be chugging round the track all over the weekend. We also have heavy horse and working dog display.

There is a wonderful travelling fair which delights the old and young with their beautifully painted Gallopers, swing boats and much more.

Come to the Strumpshaw Steam Rally for a day out you will not forget, under 16s and car parking is free.

Holt Country Park- Woodland Activity Day

28th May 2024 9-2pm
Leave your parents at home and join our team for a fun day of activities in the woods, including as many of the following as possible – survival skills, den building, wildlife identification, mini beast hunting, orienteering, crafts, games & more! Get mucky, explore, have fun, meet friends, laugh & learn!

Children should come in suitable clothing and footwear for a day outdoors. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink.
Places for this activity day are strictly limited to 24 and are only available by pre-booking.

JJ and all the little ones from Melon Patch Academy are coming back to SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth to have an amazing SEA LIFE Aquarium Adventure! Join JJ and the gang as they meet some incredible animals and discover how to keep them safe in our oceans.
